How Long Do I Have To Return The Product?
We guarantee 30 days to return our products from the date of shipment. The products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. We cannot accept any heat-sensitive or perishable products for return.
How Will I Get a Refund?
Send back the items you wish to return within 30 days of receipt and a credit will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account or you will be given store credit. Please make sure to include your order number inside of the package when shipping items back to us so we can properly credit you.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Please allow up to 7-10 days after we receive the item back for the credit to appear.

What If My Product Is Damaged?
If the lid, seal, or label is damaged, return the product free of charge. If the glass is broken or leaking, upload an image of the damaged item and dispose of the product. There is no need to return this item.
Do You Have Return Fee?
Returns may be subject to a handling fee. In most cases, a shipping fee of $7.90 will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, or it is due to our mistake. We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee.
